These terms apply when you use the Simply Foot Care website (simplyfoot.co) or book foot care services with Pam, a Certified Foot Health Practitioner. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
About our services
Simply Foot Care provides routine, comfort-focused foot care including nail trimming, hard skin reduction, corn care, cracked heel care, and general foot maintenance. Services are delivered in a calm, appointment-based setting in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Important: We are foot health practitioners, not doctors or podiatrists registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) unless otherwise stated. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care. Always seek appropriate NHS or medical support for serious foot problems, infections, or sudden pain.
Booking appointments
- Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly
- You must provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your booking
- Please tell us about relevant health information (e.g. diabetes, blood-thinning medication, reduced mobility) so we can care for you safely
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule if we cannot safely provide the requested service
Cancellations and deposits
Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Where online payment or deposits apply, the amount and refund policy will be shown at checkout and in your booking confirmation email. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of a deposit — specific terms will be communicated at booking.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are guide prices unless stated otherwise. The final price for your appointment depends on the service selected and time required. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
